  1. I think a lot of sellers and real estate agents don't realize how many potential customers do not care for land that has the timber recently harvested, ATV/snowmobile trails on it or hunters trespassing.

  2. I understand some harvesting and how it benefits the remaining trees but why do they always leave such a mess, just cleaning up the so called "trails" would be a huge project!

  3. I've been looking at this channel now for a good six months. A piece of land like this is the kind of land I'm looking for. I'm planning on buying at the end of this year. However, I'm not going to be able to buy the piece of land straight out like I was planning on. I'm only going to have about $30,000. I realized banks don't want to give loans on just land. Are there any solutions to this problem or do I just need to keep saving up?
