  1. I think I have watched this 10 times. Inspiring to see what Matt has done. I currently work at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester so this really "hits home" I can't wait to be where he is soon!

  2. Matt is NOT a medical doctor. He is a nurse anesthetist, has a doctorate in nursing. BIG difference from a physician and anesthesiologist. I find it frustrating that he lets people on all his interviews believe that he's a medical doctor when in fact he's not. That is all.

  3. Heard this on podcast, but had to settled for an 8.24 minute rendition. Excellent none the less and looking forward to reading Matt's book. Triple Net sounds gravitating. Thanks Ken and Danille.

  4. Real estate crowdfunding is the best way to make money in real estate without all the hassles of tenants, toilets and trash.

  5. Can anyone explain when he mentioned the tax benefits of being a real estate professional while being a real estate investor, I didn't quite understand. I am currently considering quitting my full time W2 job, I currently own real estate and was contemplating getting my license. I would like to understand the tax benefits.

  6. I am an M.D. radiologist and I love relating to this guy. I also replaced my income with 100% passive investments as an LP. This guy didn't like his job because plenty of guys can invest passively and still be a doctor.
    It's like my duty at work to inform people that paper assets IRAs 401ks are scam and MDs should be investing in real estate!
