  1. I don’t know what world you’re in, but as of this month in 2021, a 1-bed in the city doesn’t go lower than $1500. 1-beds for $1000 don’t exist…anywhere.

  2. Great video man, just got my Apartment at the clocktower. I haven't seen to much about that area in your videos, anything I should know?

  3. Denver = cool. But it keeps out most people who make a modest income like me, $45k/year. I'll opt for the warmth, affordability of Albuquerque, albeit crime is way higher.

  4. I’m thinking about moving to Denver as a 1st time real estate agent, do you have advice in regards to the market and what I can expect ?
Any feedback would be great ,
    Thank you!

  5. I appreciate your videos, packed with lots of useful information! Pittsburgh, PA area native here looking to rent in Denver just to see what it's like living in another city. Definitely a big jump in cost-of-living from my way (renting a 2bd 1bt for $825 + utilities) but probably still worth it for the life experience. Looking forward to more!

  6. I thought your channel read Living In Color. Lol
Anyways can you suggest a safe area for a single female with a 🐕 that work from home? I live here in Denver but it is expensive here.
