Denver is a modern, major city. The buildings reach up into the sky. They have a homeless issue. They have amazing restaurants, shops, museums, and other attractions. There’s a ton to do in Denver, CO. I like to walk. I don’t always know where I’m going but I have fun making little discoveries. I “discovered” confluence park and the Denver Art Museum. Obviously these two places have been there for years but they were new to me and I was excited to find them. The art museum in particular was something out of the future. Amazing and astounding. This is one of the fun parts of making these treadmill videos. I hope you enjoy them too.

I hope you enjoy these virtual walks and treadmill scenery videos. I really do mean it when I say how much I enjoy reading your comments so please feel free to leave one below. Also, remind me if I forget to follow through with one of the things I say I’m going to do in the walks. Thanks and keep on Steppin’ -H

  1. Loving the Colorado walks. Denver looks very interesting, I liked the architecture and especially the copper and slate designs on some of the buildings at the University in a earlier walk. Many, many thanks again. 🚶🏽‍♀️👍🙂

  2. Trains have been running to the airport from downtown for years-it’s very convenient and only runs about 10$. They also have stops along the way at the VA medical center, Children’s hospital and university of CO Heath science center and Anchutz campus, as an example. Also, the boarded up statues And buildings in front of and around the capitol are a result of the riots and vandalism that occurred last summer after the George Floyd killing and the subsequent BLM angry mobs all around the country. Over a million dollars of damage done to our city. Most of the windows and graffiti has since been repaired but there are lingering reminders and a trial ongoing now with fears of a take 2 coming..lol. When you said you thought it was the old jail with the narrow Windows I chuckled as this was the former Denver Art Museum building for decades prior to the more modern building that was built just south of there. It houses collections and is used as storage and administration building now. Thanks for the video- enjoyed it.

  3. Thanks for the walk Henry. The Denver Art Museum is a fantastic piece of architecture. Does being in a big city ever make you long to be back in Livingston? Big cities are great for exploring but as I get older the slow pace and quieter surroundings of small towns are beginning to hold more allure. Hope all your recent travels have gone well. Take care.
