  1. "Would you like me to give you a formula for success? It's quite simple, really: Double your rate of failure. You are thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn't at all. You can be discouraged by failure or you can learn from it, so go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because remember that's where you will find success."

  2. My understanding is that you can book an off-plan apartment worth 2 m AED and pay 20% down and be eligible for the 5- year Golden Visa. You don't need to pay the whole amount upfront.

  3. Investing in Crypto is not sports gamble, magic or lottery system. It's a money instrument for which many things should be penned down to your considerations. If you are ready to take off a successful career, I advise you work with an expert. This way you won't make the mistakes others make. Sir Bobby Harris is a renowned professional in the system

  4. Hey Rafael, thank you for all the information as always, is it possible to do a video on the healthcare in dubai? The different types of insurance plans that come with employment there, and the level of care you can receive, wait times, how long does it take to get an mri? How long does it take to get a surgery done? How much of that is covered through the insurance plans from employers etc.
