  1. Hey Mike! Would something like this work out well as an investment/rental property (not short term rentals though)? Is there rental demand in the area and in Kona more generally?

  2. When I lived and worked out in Hawaii in the 1970's, it was the first time I'd heard of real estate prices only applying to the structures. The land it sits on would be a 99 year lease since much of it was still controlled by the original families of the islands. This was on Oahu though. I wonder if that's still the case?

  3. This is an amazing deal for sure a beautiful home in a great spot. Only thing I would change is to turn that boat parking spot into a garage. But wow this is beautiful.

    I live in Florida, but hope to one day retire in Hawaii.
