  2. When I finished highschool I immediately started doing real estate studies to get my real estate licence. Im currently 22 and im planning to start my own business here in Belgium in the coming years. There is a lot of competition from big real estate brokers like century 21 etc. Is there any advice you could give me when I start my business?

No question about the fact you have worked hard selling that 4 billion giving you a hefty income—It must be staggering the expenses you have—employees—your office overhead—advertising taxes etc—I see what you go through with people to make some of your sales Years ago I could have tolerated the public and higher end spenders but no thank you—You really do put up with a lot of BS and difficulties—Ryan—you would be my broker if I were buying in NYC

  6. As much as I've invested into real estate, I love to diversify into other finance markets and profits have been steady. For a long while, I've made several successful trades through the services of my fund manager and gotten great directives from her as well.

  7. I actually have something similar to this as part of my listing presentation for when a prospect politely asked me to “cut my commission”. When I break down my gross v net, it’s always quite a shock to them how little agents actually take home. Not to say that we are underpaid but we are not living as extravagantly as people may perceive. Well at least this girl isn’t 🙂

  8. Also, it should be clear why you have branched out into social media, owning your own brokerage, etc.: diversification and stability of revenue streams and in turn better margins.

    Grinding to sell 2 homes a month is arguably some of the hardest work one can do, especially if you have expenses to manage and no seed money from parents, prior work, etc.

  10. You dont even need to study or need an education exam .. just be one and buy yourself a license rest is pure luck and betrayal. And dont ever forget to talk nonstop
