There is actually a master class strategy that works and it is not all about softwares because there is no software, calculator or robot that can predict the market.   2. I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

In the process of closing on a duplex will live in one end and already have a tenant $850 a month so basically I will have to pay about $450 for my half of the unit six months down the road will refinance get a lower rate and payments move out and lease each room the other end sorry I didn't do this through BiggerPockets I used to invest in real estate and decided to go back in it but have learned some great insights from this webinars we'll take it under advice I like the idea of buying a duplex for your child grandchildren for college ready to go to college they can sell it and have money to pay for school at least University Community College might be free if the by the ministration go forward with it unless you veteran and your children will go to school for free on your veteran benefits

  6. My husband and I purchased 3 homes back in 2008. Recently, we’ve sold two of the houses and more than made our money back as you can imagine. We have paid off our primary home which is one of the three homes that we bought in 2008 . I’m ready to make our primary home work for us by buying more properties with either a heloc or possibly selling but selling is the last thing I want to do. Any suggestions as to how to make our primary home work for us

  7. How do I buy a property without paying for it out of packet other than the down payment? I have invested in real estate. I had a good paying job, got a loan with a down payment and bought 3 properties this way. I recently sold 1 3-family property I held for 17 years and still have 2 properties free and clear. I have a decent amount of money saved. Now, I do NOT have a job and have not had 1 for a few years. But I want to buy another property. I tried to get a loan from my local bank (who loaned me the money for the 3 properties) but they will not give me a loan due to not having recent job history even though I have good assets, cash, no debt, a track record and FICO of 820.

  8. Everyone I have a huge question. In order to be able to afford this I was thinking about being an electrician. My plan is to be an electrician and save up money for real estate. I want to get my journeyman license just to play it safe and than maybe hop in real estate full time. Do you think even as an electrician I can maybe buy two houses a year or have time to even work on houses

  9. It’s very clear now that lot of nuts need to be crack open in order to be successful when it comes to bitcoin trading and attaining maximum profits. Recently a lot of traders has blindly rushed in just because of the recent bullish observed by the crypto market mostly bitcoin which is still the leading asset, but it is wise to educate ourselves to trade wisely and accumulate more with the little we hold now.   10. The recent trend is the fact that crypto currency traders can never be poor, crypto currency is the best form of investment anyone can carry out now. Sometimes when we have that specific money that we want to invest in a particular thing, we always focus on losing and then investing or spending money wrongly. One reason you need to invest in crypto and its technology is because; Crypto is changing the shape of the economy of any nation that approaches technology and that way being an early adopter gives you an edge over others that will buy into it late. Why not look into it and have a rethink about the particular investment you wish to make now. Bitcoin has changed my life because I invest in the right way and one thing that gives me joy is because I also learn the concept of trading from a pro to accumulate and hold more bitcoin.   12. Is it a good idea to invest in multi unit rental property in other states? I live in Dallas. Dallas just too expensive. Thinking investing in Oklahoma or Kansas. What are good states to invest in? Any thoughts?

  14. It's a bit discouraging when you give an example of a house that's $300,000, the deal won't work unless it's $250,000 and you add detached bedrooms, and then this specific house gets sold for $350,000.
