  13. All the houses in that urbanisation have no garages. This makes no sense to me. People who buying propertys in the 4-5 mill range are having expensive cars, which they wanna be protected from the elements.

  16. Question ….. when buying properties in the UK you pay a ONE OF TAX payment to the Government….. it’s called STAMP DUTY … depending on the purchase price…. What are the rules in Spain ?
