  1. Zillow CEO said that they are getting out because predicting home prices is hard? Maybe they got out because their algorithms were showing prices are about to drop.

    I mean, they must have a lot of machine learning. Maybe they can predict the market and it’s down

  3. Its easy to sell homes one at a time. You can sell properly priced houses within a week almost anywhere in North america
