    Pero share ko rin ung alam ko.
    Maybe most real estate ay nag aappreciate pglipas ng panahon pero hindi ito promise at di lahat ganon sitwasyon.

    Tapos ang leverage ay hindi lang focus sa utang. Leverage is doing more with less.

  8. 6-8% loan interest rate is only promo rate for 5 yrs or less repricing. aftr that, bank will charge u hefty interest rates. so, in ur analysis, consider d time horizon to earn from capital appreciation

  9. Learn a lot. specialy on how to use leverage. great content. Having friends with good potential can boost your idea. hoping to have my own realstate 5 yrs from now.

  10. Do not invest without an emergency money. You can buy a property at 0 cost using credit loan but it will not guarantee returns. Safest is to have secure funds first before watching this.
