  2. So the trapped equity is the amount you bought the property for minus the amount of itโ€™s worth, the $180,000.00- $600,000.00 = $420,000.00. Then your generated cash flow is 10% of what you bought it for which was $180,000.00 x 10% = $18,000.00. Then the Trapped equity is what the value of the property is which in this case is a 3% of 420,000.00 which = $126,000.00. Meaning there is $126,000.00 worth of trapped income in this particular property that is giving you a cash flow return at that time of the actual percentage worth of the value of the property which can alter as the market changes up or down, like the stock market, affecting the $18,000.00 cash money flow return? Or did I misunderstand the last part about the trapped equity?
