  1. just because you live in colorado. does not make you a native. what makes you a native is being born here. or i might as well call myself a cali native. i mean i only been there for 10 years so yea i'm native.

  2. I am a Denver CO native as well and I never considered my parents as rich because we live in a standard 4 bedroom family home in Stapleton but it turns out my house is worth 900,000$

  3. It rarely snows in May maybe once ever 5-10 years. And if it does its a rain snow mix that you barely get any accumulation barely cold enough. Yea Denver is cool but not that overpriced good. Im ready to move out of state soon. Sick and tired living here all my life!

  4. I hate Denver home pricing. I’ve been looking and for what I want incant get in my price range everyone says to buy but it’s so discouraging. I want a house w land not a condo

  5. YOU SHOW "REAL ESATE AND RESEARCH THAT IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE A FAULT IS HONESTY SO YOU ARE A GREAT PERSON FOR JUST THAT,MOST BUYERS RELY ON OVERSEAS ADVICE AND ARE TOLD EVERYTHING IS PERFECT WELL ONCE BITTEN TWICE SHY SO YOU COVER THE BASES AND DO NOT LIE,THANKS FOR THAT MANY BUY HAUNTED PLACES TRUE THEY ARE ON THE AGENDA TOO BUT LEAVE IT FOR YOU.

  6. Can you do a video about Colorado suburbs? I have no idea what are nice suburbs in Colorado so I’m not sure where to look for homes and get reasonable prices without living in a bad area

  7. I live in Houston Texas and oh my god this is insanely priced even compared to downtown Houston not even the suburbs. I just passed a all glass high rise condo complex where you get 1,600 sq. Ft. For 150k and id consider that expense

  8. I own a townhouse here, but can only afford HOA, Property taxes etc. No money to upgrade my place which sucks. I'm the college underemployed who was lucky to obtain my mother's home after she passed. Otherwise, I'd be living in a dingy apartment. Denver is the worst place to find women for dating, so I've always had a male roommate to help pay the property taxes. It's little stressful living in Denver when you have congested traffic and poor driving habits in suburban areas like SE part of town. Its not that great around here, folks! Move to Boulder or Colorado Springs!

  9. As someone who lives in NYC, apartment # 2 and #3 are absolutely amazing for only 250k. I would buy either in a second and pay less on my mortgage than I pay for rent in NYC.

  10. Came back to this video because I wanted to show my family in Denver how cute these places are!! My sister loves to go look so I hope these are still available to tour 👀

  11. Wow!! This is literally in my backyard and I had no clue some of them you could get were so cute? Thank you for doing this!! I love this & the blog too for great ideas for furnishing! I’m always so lost with that 😂❤️
